Have you ever felt like God was too late? Have you ever had a delay in your answer to prayer? If God loves us, why doesn't He always answer requests right away? When Lazarus died because Jesus was delayed for two days, they might have had similar questions. Jesus taught them a powerful lesson about what happens when people think God is too late. I Can See Clearly Now

I now fully understand that in this sinful life, I will need my glasses to face my world. With God’s help I will wear them faithfully. But I do look forward to that day when my eyes will beam over many miles. The clarity of my vision now when compared to my vision then will seem as if I am now seeing through a dark glass. I can’t wait! No more glasses! I will be able to see, a billion times much clearer then.

So what part are you in the body of Christ? Membership is more than your name on a roster. It is actively working together in playing your part. If you are a cell–be a part of something much bigger. If you are a finger–support other fingers to make the writing beautiful. If you are a taste-bud experience amazing flavors while savoring diversity of styles and opinion.

Did You Remember

As you face your daily challenges, did you remember to pray? Even if no one remembered your prayer request, you need to spend time in ‘closet’ interceding with God so that you can get ‘closet power’. God is ready and listening and He will also answer while you are still speaking. Before you leave your home today, did you remember to pray? Your Father is waiting.
