How does the Holy Spirit give gifts to the church? What purpose do they serve? Why does everyone get different gifts? How do the gifts work together to accomplish Christ's mission? Does God care about our natural talents and abilities? How did Jesus parable of the talents illustrate what we should do with everything God has entrusted to us?

How does the Holy Spirit aid us in our witnessing and sharing of the gospel? What help does He provide and what does He actually do in our lives as well as the lives of others? Why do some call the book of Acts the "Acts of the Holy Spirit"? How does the Holy Spirit still work in the lives of people today?

How is higher criticism playing a role in secular public education shaping the minds of our youth today?

Why do we need to interpret scripture? Is there a right or wrong way? Can scripture be understood correctly? What is hermeneutics? What biases might we have in culture, language, presuppositions, or our personal lives that make it difficult to understand the Bible in its proper context? How does our sinful and fallen nature play a role? Who was the first revisionist?

Elder John Spellman speaks on the subject of running in the right direction. Do we sometimes do the opposite of what God calls us to do? What about when it comes to worship? God has given the church a special mission in preparation for the second coming of Jesus Christ.
