Does God have a plan for people with low self-esteem, poor self image, or people who struggle with body image or eating disorders?

From humble beginnings God raised him up to be king over His people. All was well at first and this reign held the promise of great success. But alas!! The evils of his rebellion and stubborn heart were the beginning of his downfall.
